Machelle Pearson created Trust In Us in 2003 to contract with several drug testing collection and distribution specialists who hold multiple distributor contracts with several national service providers. Consequently, Trust In Us, can offer pricing at a significantly reduced rate to the end user or company. Our customer service is second to none in that we assign coordinators specific to YOUR individual account, a concept unknown to the overburdened customer service departments of the laboratories themselves. Our personalized service coupled with the highest standards in testing by our laboratories has elevated Trust In Us to the top of the collection industry.
In 2004, TIU responding to customer demand expanded to include third party administration of drug and alcohol testing programs. Over the years, the company continues to grow and solidify its service offerings and provider network, adding more trucking, construction, pipeline and FAA firms to its customer base while continuing to serve both the public and private sectors. As a C-TPA, TIU expanded its services to include on-site collection services, web-based program management, clinic managers, account managers and scientific, computer-generated random selections, and the forensic urine drug testing services of a SAMHSA certified laboratory.
The company also distributes a line of point-of-care devices, DrugCheck®, that allows employers to screen for the presence of prohibited drugs and alcohol using a device that provides an instant yet reliable test result. We are also expanding our secure online reporting of customer program results, electronic invoicing, background checks and related DOT compliance support. However, amidst all of this innovation we are still committed to providing live customer support to any customer requesting our assistance.
